The first place to see the sunrise in the United States of America is the top of Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park, Maine,   Thee is a crowd on top of the mountain and when the sun comes out of the ocean there is a big cheer.  Written in overture style, it is an excellent work for contest and your school concerts. This will sound great with your community band also!
